Making a Complaint:
Patients are encouraged to raise concerns as soon as possible. Complaints may be made verbally, in writing, or by email using the contact details above.
Complaint Handling:
All complaints are handled openly, fairly, and without discrimination. Complaints will be acknowledged promptly and investigated by the Practice Manager or Principal Dentist.
Response Times:
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full written response within a reasonable timeframe.
Escalation:
If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer your complaint to the Dental Complaints Service (for private dental care):
