- Complete prescribed new patient exam and x-rays and a cleaning with Sawtry Dental Surgery
- Have all tooth decay removed within one year. This is required in order to prevent complications that may arise with unhealthy teeth and gums.
Sawtry Dental reserves the right to refuse on-going whitening treatment if deemed necessary based on patient health conditions, misuse, abuse, or any other factor deemed necessary to void the offer. Lost, destroyed or worn custom trays will be replaced at a cost to patient.
